Went up to Grays today in order to have a look for the Grey Phalarope that was dicoverred late yesterday afternoon, however upon arrival the fog was real thick and the visibility was useless so I gave up after an hour. All was not lost though as I took a stroll down to have a look at the local "Ringer" which showed well and also adult & first winter Med Gull's present. The fog was just localised with the inner Thames being affected with the outer Thames being nice,clear blue skies...
